The Rosemary leaves from the Cheftrub garden are harvested with their branch from mid-April to mid-September, thus allowing bees and insects to forage during the flowering at the beginning of the year.

They are delicately dried on stalks in a ventilated place with string (in dehydrator in wet periods) and delicately taken so as not to lose a crumb;)
